SpaGO is controlled by Miro Morsink, based in the Netherlands.

When you choose to use location search, your browser provides approximate latitude and longitude coordinates. We use those coordinates to request nearby spa information.

We also process your destination search text, spa filter text, and recent search preferences so the app can display and restore your search experience.

When you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so we can respond to your request.

We do not require an account, and we do not intentionally collect payment details through this app.

We use location and search information to show nearby spas, filter results by spa name, and display spa detail pages.

Spa data, photos, ratings, optional relative price levels, external spa links, destination search, and coordinate resolution may be provided by Google Places.

Recent search preferences are saved in your browser sessionStorage until the tab is closed so your search can be repeated when you return from a detail page. Provider listings and photos are fetched again rather than saved in browser storage.

When you request destination suggestions, the server may send your destination search text to Google Places to retrieve location matches.

When you request spa results, the server may send approximate coordinates or a Google place ID to Google Places to retrieve spa listings, details, photos, ratings, and optional relative price levels. Provider API keys are kept server-side.

When you submit the contact form, the server sends your submitted contact details and message content to Resend for email delivery.

If you click a spa link, you may leave SpaGO and visit a third-party website. That website is responsible for its own content, booking flow, pricing, cookies, tracking technologies, and privacy practices.

You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, including under EU data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data.

You can withdraw browser location permission through your browser or device settings. You can also clear sessionStorage in your browser to remove saved recent search preferences.

Recent search preferences stored in the browser are removed when the tab is closed.

We use server-side API calls so private provider API keys are not exposed to the browser.

No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we aim to keep collection limited to what is needed for the spa search experience.

We may update this privacy policy as the app changes. The latest version will be available on this page.
