SpaGO helps you search for nearby spa information using your location, destination search text, spa filter text, and spa data from third-party providers.

You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for checking all booking details directly with the spa or booking provider before making a reservation.

SpaGO may show spa names, photos, ratings, place details, optional relative price levels, distances, and external links provided by Google Places.

Relative price tiers are not live treatment prices, confirmed availability, taxes, fees, or booking guarantees.

Spa details can change. Always confirm price, availability, cancellation terms, policies, fees, and accessibility information on the destination website before booking.

Location search only works when you grant browser location permission.

Location results may be approximate and may depend on your browser, device, network, and third-party data providers.

SpaGO may link to third-party websites. Those websites are not controlled by SpaGO.

We are not responsible for third-party content, booking flows, prices, availability, service quality, policies, security, or privacy practices.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access private systems, interfere with service operation, scrape or overload the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Do not rely on SpaGO for emergency, safety-critical, or legally binding wellness or medical decisions.

SpaGO is provided as-is and as available.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, complete spa coverage, or that a listed spa will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpaGO and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or third-party spa services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms from time to time.
